Do we have to Worry about CHINA?

“It took China just 20 years to become the leading production location of the world”
“In the decade ahead of us China will grow towards world leadership in Artificial Super Intelligence, leading to huge threats to global humanity”
When in December 2019 Covid-19 started in Wuhan, the rest of the world reacted with “it’s far away like SARS in 2002-2003”. So why should we bother? Why do we have to worry? The new target of China is the creation and building of global Human Targeting Capabilities. This is our second Early Warning after our first one on May 6 2020 that China will change the world not limited to facial recognition but also towards gesture recognition, people counting software, crowd monitoring, facial attributes, face counting, emotion recognition, skeleton detection, body detection, voice detection, vital organ detection, and human bio-field detection software. These 12 human targeting technologies are being tested through machine learning, deep learning and will be installed in robotics, which is made possible by 5G. Do we have to worry?

Chinese Communist Regime counts 85 million members

They are laying the ground-work to create humanoid robots with targeting capabilities that the Chinese Communist Regime determined viable to its own existence. That coding gives the power and control to the Communist State, rather than the people. Thousands of factories in China are being prepared for automated building of robots that can exponentially grow with Artificial Intelligence Automated Robotics Assemblies. The common theme the Chinese AI, facial recognition and biometric companies have is: “We are doing this for peaceful purposes, public safety and police defense”. All Chinese companies are subject to the power of the Communist Regime of China and at any time can be taken over and controlled. See what happened with Hong Kong! Do we have to worry?

Chinese military

These Chinese companies’ operations domestically and abroad are the greatest tools to enhance the Chinese military. Almost all capabilities to track, to capture and to terminate a human-being now exist in China because of IP theft, forced tech transfers, mergers, investments, espionage, cyber-attacks, products made-in-China, open source sharing and collaboration between Western and Chinese companies. Do we have to worry?

Early Warnings

Early warnings are future events, future key developments, future threats or future trends going to happen. We identify these early warnings with both Grey Swan Analysis and Gray Rhino Analysis which reduce the tension between ‘next-gen’ expectations and companies realities. With these two great tools we give perspectives why so many leaders in government, business and NGOs struggle with the pace of disruption to institutional, corporate, and political life. Will the unimaginable be the new normal? We have ‘to think the unthinkable‘ which is one of the drivers of Strategic Intelligence. The challenge is to translate early warnings related to China into future courses of action for decision making.
“China, under the existence of the Communist Regime, can never be trusted, neither ever be taken at their word. Any lie is lie, and any truth is lie. They are masterminds at disinformation and misinformation” by Cyrus A. Parsa
